Verification is split into three core categories:
- 1. Employment verification: You nominate a past employer, supervisor, or HR manager to confirm your role and dates, or you send documents such as service letters, contracts or pay slips for review by our team. Email confirmation requests are paused at the moment, so document review is how roles are verified for now.
- 2. Identity verification: Completed using official government ID documents (like a passport or driver's license) which are kept private and never shared with third parties.
- 3. Qualification verification: Provide an online verification portal link or registry ID, or upload your certificate and transcript, for manual review by our team.
